Summary of Benefits

Paid Time Off (PTO) for New Employees
Full Time: 23 days per year, increasing based on length of service
Part Time: 11.5 days per year, increasing based on length of service.
Extended Time Off (ETO)
Full Time: 7 days accrued per year.
Part Time: 3.5 days accrued per year.
Health Insurance (FirstCare)

Long Term Disability

Basic coverage of 50% of salary with a 6 month waiting period is provided to full-time employees free of charge. There are 2 other options for additional coverage that can be purchased at an additional cost.

Life Insurance / Critical Illness

Life insurance coverage of 1.5 times your annual salary with a maximum of $50,000 provided to full-time employees free of charge. Universal and Term policies are available for employee and family at an additional cost.

Critical Illness coverage is available at an additional cost.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage through Vision Service Providers is available for purchase.

Employee & 1 Dependent: $5.39 per pay period
Employee & 2 or more: $11.05 per pay period
Pre-tax Spending Accounts

Dependent Care and Medical Spending Accounts are available.

Retirement

Employee is eligible after one year of service. This includes a 401(a) plan and a 401(k) plan.
