Corporate Wellness Services - Covenant Hospital Plainview
One of the key factors to running a successful business is maximizing employee productivity while minimizing overall costs. When you provide health care benefits, you are offering a great incentive to your employees and investing in the success of your company. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Program can help promote the health of your business, whether it is large or small.
Many of these services may be covered under your group health insurance wellness benefit, thus resulting in minimal, if any, out-of-pocket expenses for your employees. For any organization to be successful, it is important that your employees are healthy and able to work to the best of their ability. Through the Covenant Corporate Wellness Program, we can help empower your employees to lead healthier lives.
Healthy Employees = Healthy Business
The Covenant Corporate Wellness Program provides comprehensive wellness evaluations and programs that are customized to your company.
Some of the benefits to you and your employees are:
- Convenient health care services that accommodate work schedules
- Improved overall health of your employees
- Lowered absenteeism
- Lowered health care costs incurred by your business and employees
- Increased employee productivity and morale
- Improved employee retention
- Improved community image for the company
Custom-Tailored to Fit Your Needs
One size does not fit all. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Department is aware of this and has made it our philosophy to work with each company to find customized solutions. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Team features a staff of physicians, registered nurses, health educators, registered dieticians, and other health care professionals. While most services are offered at your work site, additional services and benefits may be obtained at Covenant Hospital Plainview or other affiliated Covenant Health facilities.
Appraising Your Company’s Health On-Site
Through basic medical history and family history risks, our work site health professionals can screen for an employee's current state of wellness and track wellness progression by monitoring family history, fitness status, nutrition status, current symptoms, stress levels, lifestyle habits such as smoking/alcohol/drug use, and implementation of safety precautions.
